12 - 30 October 2020 The digitalization of the world has a huge impact on almost all areas of our lives including the way we work and the way we learn. For enterprises, the capacity to transform work processes, gain efficiency and upskill their workforce via smart use of technologies are key competitive drivers. When they provide training services to their members, Employers and Business Member Organizations (EBMOs) need to consider the same paradigms.
