This face-to-face course is designed to enhance the capacity of Business Support Institutions (BSIs) in Kenya, focusing on the effective design and delivery of client-oriented business development services to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). It also emphasizes the development and implementation of sustainable business models for BDS delivery.
