The workshop will aim to improve the participants knowledge on effective mechanisms of labour disputes prevention and resolution.
OBJECTIVES
At the end of the workshop, the participants will have:
• A better understanding of the role of public authorities regarding labour disputes prevention and resolution.
• An increased knowledge on recent trends and new developments in the area of labour disputes prevention and resolution.
• An increased knowledge of ILO standards and action in the area of labour disputes prevention and resolution. Illustrate the concepts and practice of social dialogue at all appropriate levels, i.e. international, national and enterprise levels).
• Highlight the relevance of social dialogue in protecting and promoting the rights of informal workers.
