Academy on Gender, Inclusion and the Future of Work

A combination of plenary lectures, panel discussions and keynote speeches will guide participants through a transformative agenda for gender equality and women’s empowerment in the world of work. The Academy offers a global forum to learn from high-level international experts, discuss and share experience with practitioners and test practical approaches and innovative methodologies. OBJECTIVES During the two weeks, plenary sessions and hands-on learning journeys participants will have: • Analysed the world of work and workplaces from a gender and non-discrimination perspective; • Identified measures to prevent and address workplace inequalities, discrimination, violence and harassment; • Focused on strategies and use tools for changing mind-sets, forging alliances and initiating sustainable change.
