The aim of the workshop was to familiarize participants with the Access to labour justice: A diagnostic tool for self-assessing the effectiveness of labour dispute prevention and resolution. Participants get acquainted with the tool. They had a chance to reflect on how to effectively facilitate sessions with the tool and got equipped with facilitation skills.
