Training on mediation and conciliation methods, tools, procedures, and strategies

During this training you will gain further knowledge and develop your skills for the effective functioning of conciliation / mediation processes. You will be able to engage live with international experts and share your knowledge and experiences with the other participants. Throughout 7 webinars participants will be provided with a full understanding of the concept of conciliation/mediation in the context of labour disputes. They will have a chance to get familiarized with the negotiation process and how to prepare as best as possible for conciliation/mediation exploring 3 different phases. The final webinar will focus on how to best conduct online conciliation.
