During this training you will gain further knowledge and develop your skills for the effective functioning of conciliation / mediation processes. You will be able to engage live with international experts and share your knowledge and experiences with the other participants. Throughout 7 webinars participants will be provided with a full understanding of the concept of conciliation/mediation in the context of labour disputes. They will have a chance to get familiarized with the negotiation process and how to prepare as best as possible for conciliation/mediation exploring 3 different phases. The final webinar will focus on how to best conduct online conciliation. OBJECTIVES By the end of this course, you will: • Gain sound theoretical and practical knowledge of the key principles and elements of the conciliation/mediation processes; • Strengthen your understanding and analysis of the role and functions of the conciliator / mediator; • Acquire and apply techniques and guidance on how to improve the role of conciliators / mediators; • Foster knowledge sharing and exchange best practices related to conciliation / mediation; • Promote the application of key ILO principles and values on this matter.
