This course, organized by the Employment Policy and Analysis Programme of the ITCILO in collaboration with the ILO Regional Office for Africa and the African Union, offered participants a learning experience that enhanced their knowledge in key action areas for promoting decent jobs for youth and to facilitate the development of practical initiatives that can be implemented at the country level.
OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of the course, participants became familiar with:
Strengthening capacity of constituents on key thematic areas for youth employment promotion;
Developing action-oriented, integrated youth employment programmes and initiatives;
Facilitating knowledge-sharing and peer review.
