Certification Programme on Advanced Contract Management

The advanced contract management certification programme helps to strengthen participants' knowledge and skills in adaptive and agile contract administration of all types of procurement contracts: goods, consulting services, non-consulting services and works. It explores various supervision, performance-tracking, risk-controlling, trend-analysis and reporting tools and procedures used in contract administration in accordance with best up-to-date international practices to ensure value for money and sustainable outcomes.
