Embracing Change in the New Era - Empowering Gender Equality Champions

The eLearning journey provides the basic knowledge and guidance in understanding why gender equality matter, particularly in this “post Covid19 Era”. OBJECTIVES To guide participants in exploring strategies and tools for identifying and addressing obstacles to gender equality and the empowerment of women in their context. To explore gender-centred tools to promote equality and decent work for all in the “new Era” and orient participants in their concrete application. CONTENT Going through the Block 1 (modules 1 & 2) participants become aware of the need of change, while in Block 2 (modules 3, 4 & 5) they are exposed to strategies and tools for gender mainstreaming and women’s empowerment. The eLearning path is designed to provide (a) opportunities to discuss and deepen introduced content, and (b) to offer guidance on how to integrate the gender dimension in organizations, through the provision of strategies, tools, examples and good practices. The design of an Individual Gender Action Learning Project (GALP) is the final step of the learning journey and the starting point for embracing change within organization with concrete individual actions.
