This training enables EBMOs to establish a new service dedicated to helping enterprises members create safer and more respectful work environments.

CONTENT

The training addresses the following issues including what constitutes violence and harassment in the world of work, the business case for addressing violence and harassment, how to assess and manage risks associated with violence and harassment, how to identify and uncover cases of violence and harassment, and how to develop and implement effective enterprise policies and procedures to address violence and harassment.
