OBJECTIVES The objective of the course is to provide conceptual and practical tools on: • The benefits of adopting membership strategies and their building blocks • How to structure EBMOs for membership strategies to be truly member-centred • How to adapt marketing theories and tools for a more professional membership management • How can communication and services provision support membership goals • How to attract, engage and retain SMEs’ members or potential members CONTENT The course is structured in 6 modules / 6 weeks, each of which includes practical material and a live webinar: • WEEK 1 / Module 1: Membership concepts • WEEK 2 / Module 2: Membership indicators • WEEK 3 / Module 3: Membership recruitment • WEEK 4 / Module 4: Membership retention and renewal • WEEK 5 / Module 5: Membership engagement • WEEK 6 / Module 6: Bringing SMEs’ on NUMBER OF HOURS: 48 hours – 8 learning hours per week
