The workshop helps new officials settle into the ILO. The objectives are to develop an understanding of the ILO’s culture and values, clarify the ILO’s objectives, structure and working relationships, and foster a sense of belonging. The workshop provide participants with information of the history, vision and strategic direction of the ILO, It allows them to explore key areas in which the ILO operates and essential mechanisms for achieving Decent Work.
