Skills are key to sustainable development and social justice. Closing the skills gap requires targeted, sector-specific strategies that align workforce capabilities with industry needs. The 4th edition of the Sectoral Approaches to Skills Development course by ITCILO and the ILO’s Skills Branch equips participants with tools to design effective skills development strategies, foster social dialogue, and boost productivity through tailored, industry-focused training. The course features an innovative learning approach, real-time feedback, and personalized support.

OBJECTIVES

  • Analyze labour market imbalances using both quantitative and qualitative tools
