BUILDPROC MOOC

The BUILDPROC MOOC is a self-guided course that provides basic knowledge at introductory level about Public Procurement to professionals collaterally dealing with procurement activities and processes in the framework of projects financed by IFAD. OBJECTIVES This MOOC aims to introduce fundamental concepts of public procurement to professionals collaterally dealing with procurement activities and processes aand to bridge the skill gap to enable the participants to perform their tasks more effectively and efficiently.
