Training of Trainers on Responsible Business Conduct and Occupational Safety and Health – EOSH Track

Stanslaus Belela

The training of trainers (ToT) on Essentials in Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) aimed at empowering EBMOs to set up and deliver innovative training services on EOSH.

The EBMOs taking part in the ToT were able to launch innovative digital training services built on the training packages on EOSH, developed by the Employers’ Activities Programme of the ITCILO, which offers a flexible and multi-tool approach that cuts across several issues applicable to different sectors of activities and different audiences.

The innovative training service that the EBMOs will be able to roll out after the successful completion of the ToT will enable them to strengthen outreach to existing members and attract potential new ones, as well as consolidate a leading position of the EBMO in promoting responsible and safe business practices in their countries.
