My.COOP is a training package and programme on the management of agricultural cooperatives. It was designed for existing and potential managers of agricultural cooperatives and members involved in managerial tasks, to improve the management of their cooperatives and to provide guidance to them to better cater for member satisfaction, business opportunities and social concerns. When managed well, agricultural cooperatives can contribute to advancing sustainable development concerns around food security, sustainable use of natural resources, elimination of child labour, and inclusive employment creation.
OBJECTIVES
Improve the management of agricultural cooperatives by equipping participants with knowledge and skills to cater for member satisfaction, business opportunities, and social concerns.
Advance sustainable development concerns, such as food security, sustainable use of natural resources, elimination of child labor, and inclusive employment creation.
Enhance the competencies of cooperative managers and trainers, enabling them to design and deliver participatory face-to-face training using the My.COOP training modules.
