This Certification programme aims to build participants’ capacity to implement ILO Participatory Gender Audits (PGA) in organizations. As a tool for conducting institutional diagnostics from a gender perspective, the ILO PGA assesses gender mainstreaming at all organizational levels.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of this Certification programme was for participants to develop the required skills and competences to plan and run Participatory Gender Audits in organizations in line with the ILO methodology. To this end, participants explored the informing principles, the fundamentals, and the key components of the ILO Participatory Gender Audit methodology.
