This course aims to strengthen the capacities of FAO staff in the Near East and North Africa (NENA) region by providing comprehensive training on gender equality and women's empowerment. The face-to-face component focuses on understanding gender equality concepts, introducing the new Regional Gender Strategy and its action plan, and providing techniques and tools for gender mainstreaming.
