Global E-coaching Forum: Effective Project Implementation in Emergency Situations

7 - 9 December 2020 The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted that our working environments are characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. The economic and social challenges brought by the pandemic continue to mount—and with them comes much uncertainty about the future. Having adapted to remote working, many projects are now faced with more fundamental questions around how to effectively manage projects in this complex situation. Effective responses to emergencies require exceptional management skills. Implementing projects can be difficult under normal circumstances, but being able to deliver results rapidly and effectively is even more important in emergency situations. The overall objective of the Global E-Coaching Forum is to strengthen participants abilities to manage projects at a time of crisis and uncertainty.
