Building a sustainable, responsible and inclusive tourism post Covid-19

The distance learning course “Building a sustainable, responsible and inclusive tourism post-Covid 19” offered participants the possibility to explore concepts, strategies, ideas and their practical application of sustainable, responsible and inclusive tourism to respond to the impacts and challenges due to the COVID 19. OBJECTIVES Participants improved their knowledge in: 1. Recovery plans and measures and good practices of resilience of tourism enterprises to adapt to the reality of COVID-19 2. Development of sustainable and responsible tourism products that promote the participation of vulnerable segments of society in the sector 3. Tourism marketing strategies and the development of communication strategies in response to the crisis of COVID-19. CONTENT The course was composed of the following three modules: 1. How to reactivate a sustainable, responsible and inclusive tourism with security 2. How to develop a sustainable, responsible and inclusive tourism experience that best responds to the challenges of COVID-19? 3. How to promote and offer a sustainable, responsible and inclusive tourism product that better responds to the changes in demand due to COVID-19?
