Financial Sustainability of EBMOs

Financial sustainability is as a critical concern for Employers’ and Business Membership Organizations (EBMOs) leaders worldwide. Following the pandemic, many EBMOs found themselves compelled to deplete their reserves, prompting a heightened focus on the financial resilience of their organizations.

A growing number of EBMOs have embarked on reevaluating their financial models, while others have recognized the need for crafting robust medium and long-term financial strategies. Yet, challenges remain. This course aims to provide EBMOs business leaders with the knowledge and technicalities they need to understand their finances and make them stronger. By analysing stories

  • How to take a proactive approach to financial management by addressing immediate challenges and planning for uncertainties.

  • How to navigate economic fluctuations, adapt to evolving market dynamics and remain resilient in the face of adversity.

Participants obtained a Certificate of Participation issued by the ITC-ILO for successful completion of the 3-week course online.

Weekly training load: 5 hours

Each training week, participants attended a 90-minute webinar and completed asynchronous learning activities, including self-study modules, selected readings and a quiz/questionnaire with multiple-choice questions.

Following the successful completion of all assignments and tasks you will receive certification.
