Women in Digital Business

Women in Digital Business (WIDB) is a new initiative by the International Training Centre of the ILO and Microsoft Philanthropies. Our objective is to unlock the participation of women entrepreneurs in the digital economy, by giving them access to training programmes on digital skills, using a worldwide network of Trainers and Lead Trainers. OBJECTIVES The Training of Lead Trainers is designed to empower participants to deliver the training under the WIDB initiative. This certificate is delivered to Lead Trainers who have successfully completed an online Training of Lead Trainers and trained at least 10 women entrepreneurs using WIDB training programmes. CONTENT The training of lead trainers covered the following topics: • Introduction to business digitalization • Adult learning and coaching techniques • Codes of conduct and ethics • Overview of available resources • Launching and marketing WIDB
