This course was designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of youth guarantee schemes, from quality dimensions of employment offers, to quality offers of continued education and training, apprenticeships and traineeship.
OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course, participants are able to:
Become familiar with the quality dimensions of employment, continued education, apprenticeship and traineeship offers delivered to beneficiaries of Youth Guarantee schemes.
Use bench-marked checklists to appraise ex ante the quality of offers provided to young people.
