Strengthening Financial Sustainability of Business Organizations

Financial sustainability is a critical concern for leaders of Employers and Business Membership organisations (EBMOs) around the world. In the wake of the pandemic, many EBMOs were forced to dip into their reserves, leading to a greater focus on how to achieve financial resilience within their organisations. EBMOs have begun to re-evaluate their financial models, while others have recognised the need to develop robust medium- and long-term financial strategies.

OBJECTIVES

This course aimed to provide business leaders of EBMOs with the knowledge and techniques they need to understand their finances and strengthen their organisations. By analysing examples and case studies, the course provided participants with strategies for achieving long-term financial sustainability, as well as short-term planning tools.
