Certification Programme on Contracting and Managing Consultants

This online certification programme provides participants with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to achieve all stages of procurement of consulting services. It allows to acquire knowledge of how to design terms of reference, which evaluation criteria to use and how to score them, and gain hands-on experience of how to assess proposals and negotiate contracts with engineering companies - all in accordance with MDB procedures and FIDIC standards.
