Training of Trainers in Generate Yours Business for Social Entrepreneurs (GYBSE) and Start Your Business for Social Entrepreneurs (SYBSE)

This Online Training of Trainers course combines intense training of trainers on both content and methodological issues. It is based on the most recent versions of Generate Your Business Idea for Social Entrepreneurs (GYBSE) and Start Your Business for Social Entrepreneurs (SYBSE). OBJECTIVES The overall objective of this course is to provide its participants with the competencies to become Certified Trainers in GYBSE and SYBSE. This process is composed of 3 phases: 1. A preparatory phase. After this phase the participant has acquired the knowledge of the contents of the GYBSE and SYBSE training packages. 2. A Training of Trainers phase. After this phase the participant is able to deliver training sessions using the contents and applying learner-centred methodologies and facilitation techniques. 3. The post Academy assignments. After this phase the participants will be able to promote, organize and deliver workshops using the ILO SIYB training packages The present Certificate of participation certifies the achievement of phases 1 and 2. START YOUR BUSINESS ( SYBSE) SYBSE is for potential social entrepreneurs who want to start a small business and already have a concrete business idea. The programme is a combination of training, field work and after-training support, and helps participants assess their readiness to start a social business and to prepare a business plan and evaluate its viability.
