Sustainable and Resilient Enterprises (SURE) - Training of Trainers

SURE is an ILO-GIZ training that seeks to strengthen the capacities of small enterprises to develop business resilience strategies. The certificate of participation is a first-level certification, attesting participation in the Training of Trainers organized in an on-line format from 29 June to 16 July. OBJECTIVES During the Training of Trainers, the participants familiarized themselves with the SURE approach to providing small businesses with training and coaching support on business resilience including: 1. crisis leadership and staff engagement tools; 2. hazard identification and risk assessments; 3. business impact scenarios and risk management tools; 4. business adaptation strategies. CONTENT The Training of Trainers covered the following topics: Introduction to business resilience, crisis leadership, staff engagement, the business ecosystem, critical business functions, hazard identification and impact scenarios, risk analysis, risk treatment, risk sharing approaches, incident management and recovery planning, business adaptation, training and skills development, continuous improvement, digital transformation and coaching for business resilience.
