This Certification programme aims to build participants’ capacity to implement ILO Participatory Gender Audits (PGA) in organizations. The ILO PGA is a tool for conducting institutional diagnostics from a gender perspective, which assesses the degree of integration of gender equality across all levels of an organization.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of this Certification programme was for participants to develop the required skills and competences to plan and run Participatory Gender Audits in organizations in line with the ILO methodology. To this end, participants explored the informing principles, the fundamentals, and the key components of the ILO Participatory Gender Audit methodology.
