8 - 26 March 2021 The digital workshop have enabled participants to design their training activity, packaging knowledge, skills and values, in a successful and coherent manner. OBJECTIVES explore the key stages of the training cycle; • exhaustively investigate the needs of their future participants, included their learning styles • formulate appropriate and reachable learning objectives • outline the contents for their training activity • design an innovative and participatory learning and evaluation strategy for their training • finalize their learner-centered training design CONTENT The training covers the following topics, linked to trade unions context and requirements: • M1: Training cycle; • M2: Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) • M3: Learning styles • M4: Learning objectives • M5: Content outline • M6: Learning methodology • M7: Learning assessment and evaluation • M8: Your training design project Number of hours: 24
