The course was delivered in a combination of self-guided learning modules via ITCILO’s eCampus and weekly 90 minutes face-to-face webinars facilitated by specialized staff from ITCILO. The webinars provided a forum for discussion on the contents of the self-guided learning modules and aimed to deepen participants understanding of the underlying concepts and approaches around green jobs, green business growth and the just transition to environmentally sustainable economies and societies. The sessions created an environment where participants shared experience with the aim to spark ideas for the development of solutions and innovative approaches to support green jobs creation and just transition processes. Participants will also had the opportunity to learn from ILO experts about the latest trends and research findings in this field.
