Training of Trainers for Gender Sensitive Approach & Gender Mainstreaming in National Planning Process in the Egyptian Government

The ToT aims to contribute to strengthening development of human capacities for integration of gender equality principles in the work of public administration. In turn, this will contribute to the citizens’ wellbeing, economic development and growth in Egypt. OBJECTIVES • Develop knowledge and skills to support change agents in Public Administrations in Egypt to promote gender sensitive planning and processes. • Familiarise with the process of stakeholders engagement. • Acquire the capacity to develop diversified participatory learning strategies in designing and implementing capacity development activities on Gender Mainstreaming in Public Administrations in Egypt. CONTENT The main content of the ToT online activity are the following: • Presentation of the TOOLKIT on Gender Mainstreaming in Public Administrations in Egypt ( no. 5 Tools) • How to design and facilitate effective awareness raising session on Gender mainstreaming making the most of the TOOLKIT.
