This course was designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of how to carry out effective performance monitoring and impact evaluation of employment services and programmes.
OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course, participants are able to:
Understand key elements of a performance monitoring system (indicators, targets, and measurement methods).
Analyse monitoring indicators related to employment services and active labour market programmes.
Analyse the most common impact evaluation methods and understand the role of the Public Employment Service (PES) in these exercises.
