MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF SERVICES/PROGRAMMES

This course was designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of how to carry out effective performance monitoring and impact evaluation of employment services and programmes.

OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this course, participants are able to:

  • Understand key elements of a performance monitoring system (indicators, targets, and measurement methods).

  • Analyse monitoring indicators related to employment services and active labour market programmes.

  • Analyse the most common impact evaluation methods and understand the role of the Public Employment Service (PES) in these exercises.
