The Face-to-Face component of the Training of Trainers on Training Methodologies and Training Design – is a component of the last step of the Professional Certification Programme on Procurement Management designed for the Government of Zimbabwe – aimed to enhance procurement management capacity and training potentials in Zimbabwe. The Face-to-Face has specifically focused on learning management cycle, on-site learning techniques and technology integration and on class performance assessment on microteaching.
