Institutional Capacity development workshop for KGRTC

This intensive, four-day, in-person training program will focus on learning about different departments and services of ITCILO for a delegation of people working at KGRTC, a training institution in Zambia. This study visit will give ideas and practical tools to replicate what ITCILO does, to adapt it, and implement it at KGRTC. OBJECTIVES At the end of the course, participants will have an enhanced understanding of how to adapt and implement the following topics: • quality assurance and data management • marketing, CRM, and social media promotion • the use of a Moodle-based eCampus • enhancement services such as catering and hotel • project development and procurement • course pricing • innovative ways of learning (AI generated courses, games, self-guided modules) CONTENT Participants will interact with different ITCILO specialists on the topics mentioned above. They will learn broadly how ITCILO works, and they will apply lessons learned to their own training center.
