OBJECTIVES
To equip participants with knowledge of the international professional standards of the ISSA Guidelines on Contribution Collection and Compliance;
To develop a firm understanding of the main roles and responsibilities in the governance and management of collecting contributions and enforcing compliance, particularly in supporting an institution’s business processes and supporting ICT systems in these areas;
To build capacity in ISSA member organizations to improve social security administration through the application of the ISSA Guidelines on Contribution Collection and Compliance;
To support participants’ reflection on the corporate application of the Guidelines in their own organization;
To facilitate the formation of a network of practitioners with an understanding of the ISSA Guidelines on Contribution Collection and Compliance.

Module 2: Operational Processes
Module 3: Compliance risk management, extension of coverage and mobile workers
Module 4: Fraud Control
Module 5: Using ICT for CC&C and coordinating with external organisations
Module 6: Fostering awareness and a culture of compliance
Module 7: Maturity Programme and permanent evaluation and adjustment
ACHIEVEMENT
The E-Learning Course on Contribution Collection and Compliance consisted of 60 hours of learning.
The assessment method consisted of:
Self-assessment (20%);
Individual presentation (50%);
Interaction and sharing during lectures and group discussions (10%);
Post-training assignment (20%).
