26 - 27 November 2020 OBJECTIVES General Objective The objective of the workshop is to strengthen the financial policy of an EII through the optimization of their financial and investment strategies. Specific Objectives At the end of the workshop, participants were able to: • Describe the current situation of the organizational and financing model of the EII in Pakistan. • Identify the main costs related with the occupational accidents and diseases and the methods for their calculation. • Define the main concepts to evaluate the financial situation of an EI scheme. • Describe the good practices on financial and investment strategies and governance and the role of a financing policy and its influence on the investment policy. • Establish conclusions and recommendations on the feasibility of applying the experiences discussed to the institutional contexts.
