Driving up Productivity

OBJECTIVES • Increase the participants’ understanding about a diverse range of public policy solutions and regulatory frameworks to boost productivity growth at the enterprise and global level. • Provide tools and skills related to writing policy proposals with a focus on productivity, responding to the challenges and needs of the members of their organization. • Increase the participants’ skills related to conducting social dialogue about productivity growth,for instance in terms of building bridges with other relevant stakeholders such as trade unions. CONTENT The course is structured in 4 modules, each of which includes practical material and a live seminar: • Module 1: What is the right business environment for productivity growth? • Module 2: How to boost productivity growth for Small and Medium Enterprises? • Module 3: How to build alliances with other stakeholders towards productivity growth? • Module 4: How to write and communicate proposals for policy and regulatory improvement? NUMBER OF HOURS: 20 hours during 4 weeks (5 learning hours per week)
